Welcome to CRM WiMedia (https://crm.wimedia.biz.id). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our customer relationship management platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using CRM WiMedia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. License and Use Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CRM WiMedia for lawful business purposes only. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the service without prior written consent.

4. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through CRM WiMedia. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees, if applicable, are outlined on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, including unauthorized use or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your access ceases, and your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

CRM WiMedia is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall WiMedia be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will be posted at https://crm.wimedia.biz.id/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
